We are currently seeking passionate and skilled chefs to join our dynamic team at Quality Hotel Skifer in Oppdal, in our 2 restaurants. We have 3 positions available, with a start date as soon as possible. At Quality Hotel Skifer, located in the heart of Oppdal and just a stone's throw away from the slopes of Oppdal Ski Resort, we are dedicated to providing a warm and inviting atmosphere for our guests. With 177 well-appointed rooms and a commitment to exceptional hospitality, we aim to ensure every guest experiences a relaxing and memorable stay with us.
🔍 What We're Looking For:
We are looking for chefs who are passionate about creating unforgettable dining experiences for our guests. The ideal candidates should have a strong work ethic, excel in a fast-paced environment, and possess excellent teamwork skills, you are talking Norwegian and/ or fluent English and have experience from Norway or the nordic cosine. 🍽️ Responsibilities:


  • Prepare and cook dishes according to established routines and profitability goals
  • Daily mise en place, catering for lunches, conference dinners/banquets, and more
  • Ensure compliance with food handling and hygiene standards
  • Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen, prep areas, and storage facilities
  • Foster a positive working environment and cooperation among team members
