In addition, we actively collaborate with large international consortia, such as PGC, ENIGMA, ABCD, UKBiobank and EADB. The Centre works actively with Nordic collaborators and has developed an infrastructure for secure and efficient big data analytics across Nordic biobank and registry samples, integrating Norwegian cohorts and population samples. We are focusing on extending the Nordic collaboration with international ancestries and include user perspective in our research.
