Responsibilities and tasks:

  Daily admin of Accounts receivable, dunning and expenses

  
  
• 
  

  Reconciliation of bank and accounts receivable

  
  
• 
  

  Register bank file with customer payments

  
  
• 
  

  Manual Account bookings and payments

  
  
• 
  

  Payment and Casefile

  
  
• 
  

  Debt collection errands, collection admin with third party supplier

  
  
• 
  

  Expense admin and payment

  
  
• 
  

  Monthly closing of Accounts receivable

  
  
• 
  

  Together with your colleagues, be involved in developing and digitizing processes

  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  

  2-4 years experience

  
  
• 
  

  Norwegian fluent/native

  
  
• 
  

  Advantage if you have post-secondary education in finance, economics, accounting etc.

  
  
• 
  

  Advantage if you have accounting knowledge

  
  

It is an advantage if you have knowledge/experience with following software:
