Arbeidsoppgaver

As an engineer at our customer, you will mainly be part of project teams and carry out engineering of software for deliveries to the power and offshore industries.

This involves, among other things:

-- Projecting, preparing and implementing technical solutions, including programming control and safety systems and HMI systems

-- System and network configuration

-- Preparing documentation and carrying out internal tests and FAT.

We have a broad project portfolio with both large, new installations as well as minor upgrades at home and abroad. Commissioning for the projects is often part of our project deliveries, and it is therefore an advantage if you are willing and able to travel some. You will interact both with other disciplines internally in the projects, as well as our customers and partners. Together, we will work to deliver good future-oriented solutions that are in line with our customers' needs. We also want you to contribute to further development and continuous improvement of our solutions, work processes and tools.

Qualifications:

-- Bachelor's/Master's degree in automation, cybernetics / IT-System, Software, electrical.

• You have at least 3-5 years of relevant experience with control/automation systems, have experience with programming PLCs and Safety and Automation Systems (SAS), an advantage if you are familiar with Simatic PCS7. Network setup is also an important part of our deliveries and it is therefore an advantage to have network expertise.
• Advantage with knowledge and experience from the oil and gas industry
• Good cooperation skills and communication skills orally and in writing in Norwegian and English.

Period: 01.09.2024-01.09.2025 with possibilities for extension.
