Responsibilities:



  • Prepare and cook high-quality food in accordance with our various food concepts



  • Follow procedures according to food safety, cleanliness, and security



  • Contribute to the department meeting expectations for guest satisfaction, quality, and profitability



  • Follow routines for organic and certified products and waste sorting, and help reduce food waste



  • Contribute to a good working environment and collaborate with colleagues in the kitchen and other departments



Qualifications and qualities we are looking for:



  • Professional education and/or experience in kitchen operations



  • Ability to work efficiently and independently, as well as in a team



  • You speak and understand Norwegian



  • You contribute to a high culinary level



  • Enjoy continuous development and a dynamic workday



  • Ability to handle busy periods positively



  • Be a good colleague and contribute to a shared work environment



  • Be organized and responsible
