We are looking for an Office Responsible in Tromsø

We are excited to welcome an energetic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as the Office Responsible!

In this role, you will handle a variety of tasks, including pre-booking and booking management, post-rental services, and delivering top-notch customer support through email, phone, and online chat. As the first point of contact for many of our customers, your excellent communication skills will help create positive experiences and ensure the highest level of service.

You'll also assist with basic accounting support, so a working knowledge of Excel will be important.

From time to time, you may be asked to provide support and backup for our rental agents team, adding variety to your role and helping ensure smooth operations.

You will be joining a vibrant, young team of outdoor-loving expats who are embracing the adventure of living in Norway and enjoying its breathtaking nature. With English as our company language, there's no need to speak Norwegian, making it easier for you to jump right in and become a valued part of our team!
