Findable is seeking a Head of People (and Culture)—our first dedicated HR hire—to help shape our company’s future. You’ll be responsible for designing and implementing world-class HR processes, fostering an inclusive and performance-driven workplace, and supporting our teams to thrive and grow. While this role does not focus on talent acquisition, you’ll work closely with our Recruiter to ensure we build a high-performing team that aligns with our culture and values.

The Role
As the Head of People and Culture at Findable, you’ll play a critical role in laying the foundation for our rapidly scaling company. You’ll work directly with our leadership team to set the vision for our employee experience, drive engagement and performance initiatives, and establish HR processes from our headquarters in Oslo. This is a unique opportunity to create and influence a strong, positive, and hardworking culture as we continue to expand.

Proven HR Experience
We’re seeking someone with solid experience in HR and people operations, particularly in a fast-growing environment. You have a proven track record in scaling HR functions, managing everything from employee relations and performance management to organizational development.

Hands-on Approach
As our first HR hire, you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves and handle the details. Whether it’s developing people policies, designing performance management systems, or organizing employee engagement activities, you’re ready to make an immediate impact. You’re adaptable, resourceful, and able to juggle multiple responsibilities in a startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Processes: Develop and implement HR processes that support scalability, including performance management, employee engagement, and organizational development.
  • Employee Experience: Foster a positive, inclusive, and hardworking culture where employees feel valued and supported, while driving accountability and performance.
  • Leadership Coaching: Provide guidance and mentorship to managers on best practices for leading their teams and developing their people.
  • Compliance & Policies: Ensure we remain compliant with labor laws and industry standards while developing clear, effective company policies.
  • Culture Building: Lead initiatives that reinforce our company values and ensure they’re integrated into every aspect of our employee experience.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in HR, including leadership roles in fast-growing companies, preferably in tech or SaaS.
  • Strong experience in organizational development, employee relations, and people strategy.
  • Proven ability to design and implement HR policies that align with business goals and create a high-performing employee experience.
  • Experience coaching and supporting managers in people leadership.
  • A strategic mindset paired with a hands-on, problem-solving approach.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Work Environment
This role offers flexibility with a hybrid work model, allowing you to work both remotely and from our headquarters in Oslo. As the company’s first HR leader, you’ll have the opportunity to set the tone for a thriving, inclusive, and performance-driven work culture.
