Findable is seeking a Graphic Designer to collaborate with both our Marketing and UX teams. This unique, split role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of design projects, from creating engaging marketing materials to enhancing user experiences through thoughtful and intuitive design. The Role
As the Graphic Designer at Findable, you’ll be responsible for creating visual assets that support both our marketing initiatives and product design efforts. You’ll collaborate with marketers to produce engaging content for campaigns, social media, and branding, while also working closely with the UX team to craft intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for our AI-driven property management platform. You’ll be working closely with both Marketing and UX teams, so excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential. You know how to listen to feedback, contribute ideas, and work toward a common goal.

Detail-Oriented with a User-First Mindset
Whether designing a social media graphic or a user interface element, you have a sharp eye for detail and understand the importance of user-centric design. You’re able to consider the bigger picture while focusing on the finer details.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Design: Create visually compelling marketing collateral, including graphics for campaigns, social media content, presentations, and email templates.
  • UX Design: Work with the UX team to design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces that enhance the overall product experience.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all visual materials are aligned with Findable’s brand guidelines, maintaining a cohesive look and feel across marketing and product.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and UX teams to understand project goals and translate them into impactful designs.
  • Creative Problem-Solving: Develop innovative design solutions that help achieve marketing goals and improve the user experience.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in both marketing and UX environments.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing your ability to create designs for a variety of formats and mediums, including marketing materials and digital products.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally with marketing, product, and UX teams.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with user-centered design principles is a plus.

Work Environment
This role offers flexibility with a hybrid work model, allowing you to work both remotely and from our offices in either Oslo or London. As a Graphic Designer at Findable, you’ll have the opportunity to work across teams, shaping both our marketing and product design efforts while contributing to the growth of a rapidly scaling SaaS company.
