Beskrivelse
Responsibilities:
- Assist chefs and kitchen staff in food preparation.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations and dining area, including equipment and utensils etc.
- Stock and maintain inventory of ingredients and supplies.
- Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures to maintain health and safety standards.
- Help with the receiving and storage of deliveries.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain a high standard of quality in food preparation and service.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Head Chef.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a kitchen environment is preferred but not required.
- Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Ability to work well within a team and follow instructions.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
