Beskrivelse

Responsibilities:

  • Assist chefs and kitchen staff in food preparation.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations and dining area, including equipment and utensils etc.
  • Stock and maintain inventory of ingredients and supplies.
  • Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures to maintain health and safety standards.
  • Help with the receiving and storage of deliveries.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain a high standard of quality in food preparation and service.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Head Chef.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a kitchen environment is preferred but not required.
  • Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Ability to work well within a team and follow instructions.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
