Assignment description and activities to be performed:
The AI trainer consultants will work alongside the client's AI trainers and further develop Chatbot and Voicebot solutions. The AI trainers will be responsible for tuning and optimizing of the chat/voice-bot by performance analysis and continuously improvement of resolution rate and customer experience.
• Design, create, and test chat dialogue flows
• Plan, build, and prompt LLM modules
• Utilize integrations
• Analyze and evaluate chat conversations
• Update content and features based on user feedback
• Learn product and customer processes and translate them into questions and answers
• Work at the intersection of product, UX, IT, and customer service
• Take responsibility for planning your own tasks in sprints
• Work in agile teams
• Collaborate and work independently
• Take risks by testing ideas for new ways to solve problems
Competence requirements
• Experience with AI chat- and voicebot solutions is required
• Experience with content development in either customer service, product, sales or digital marketing environments, or similar.
• Highly proficient in Norwegian, both written and spoken
• Experience working with chatbots; experience with Boost AI is an advantage but not a requirement.
• Understanding of LLM and NLP models
• Basic analytical understanding: Experience with statistical methods is a plus
• Knowledge of dialogue-driven user interfaces and user experience
• Focus on quality assurance and debugging
• Ability to adapt to and learn new technologies as needed
