We are now looking for a second chef from 01/06/25.
High standard menus/ 3-4 dishes in the evening. New nordic kitchen with local produce. No a-la-carte, no lunch. Comfortable working in a well equiped kitchen with experienced owners.

Position second chef: contract duration 01/06/25 - 12/10/25

Longer employment possible if interested. Work language english/ norwegian.

Two chefs are responsible for our high standard menus/ 3-4 dishes in the evening. New nordic kitchen with local produce. You will work with local products, whole animals, we use all parts. We are specialised on reindeer and have a lot of experience with this. No a-la-carte, no lunch. Comfortable working in a well equiped kitchen with experienced owners.

Vi tilbyr

Small, exclusive hotel with 17 rooms/ junior suites. Nice guests, friendly, silent and relaxed working atmosphere without a-la-carte or drop-in.

One of the owners is chef himself and will be hands on and give advices, but will also share from his experience, especially from the nordic cuisine, local products like reindeer, sheep/lamb and goats.

We offer simple house/board options in cute timber cabins with nice view or can help with finding something else nearby.

Free ski and snowshoe rental in winter, bicycles available in summer.
