Full Stack Developer - Trondheim/Oslo

Do you have a couple of years' experience in software development or are you a recent graduate with a keen interest in it? We are looking for a full-stack developer who can take a central role in Hera Solutions' development of our product portfolio. Hera Solutions is a growing technology company established in 2023, which is now looking for more wise minds on tomorrow's logistics challenges.

You will work with the development of software solutions for handling documents in goods transportation, and ensure good information flow between transport methods. You will also play an important role in driving lean product development together with the customer, managing technical information, working in a dynamic team and contributing to the company's strategic direction.

Who are we looking for?

We believe you:

• Have higher education in IT or equivalent

• Are interested in or experience with product development

• Want to work closely with a development team, feel the pulse, build good products and achieve effects quickly

• Have experience with system development

• Have good communication skills in Norwegian and English, both written and oral

Your areas of responsibility:

• Work closely with the product manager and the development team to build scalable systems

• Be a contributor in the team and help build frameworks and principles that raise the quality of all code delivered

• Involvement in day-to-day technical development, as well as assisting in strategic decisions

About the employer

Hera Solutions is developing a robust and secure system for the electronic transmission of shipping information, through our first product Hera Road. We offer a driver application and administration panel to transportation companies for real-time overview of goods during transport, which simplifies communication, handling and documentation of tasks carried out. As a young company, flexibility is important to us, we always start with the end user, are adaptable, and deliver value immediately. We are an innovative company with big ambitions to scale internationally in a few years. The company was founded in the spring of 2023 with the origins in the technical environment at NTNU in Trondheim. We consist of a general manager, product designer and a technical team consisting of three developers. Hera Solutions is closely linked to three of the largest carriers in Trøndelag, has projects financed by Innovation Norway and recently raised a pre-seed round of 4,9 MNOK.
