Arbeidsoppgaver

Tromsø Lapland is looking for 2 booking assistants, one full time 100% and one part time 50%.

The possition is seasonal, from December until the end of March.

Office is in the city center and work schedule is in 2 shift for weekdays( 8 to 16 or 11 to 19) and one 10 hour shift for weekend (9-119). Work on weekends is on rotation and mandatory.

37,5 hours a week on average, overtime is possible. 220nok pr hour.

tasks:

• customer service (e-mails, calls, in-person)

• booking duties (importing, overseeing availability, managing capacity)

• pick-up of 96 pax per tour
