Class 3 & 4 White Water Rafting Guide-Trip Leader

Elvepurka AS is looking for a Class 3/4 White Water rafting guide.

This position will require:

1. Previous "trip leader" experience in commercial company operating Class 3 & 4 white water;

2. Full drivers Licence (B);

3. Swift Water Rescue Technician course;

4. IRF Class 3 Raft Guide course (MINIMUM);

5. First Aid course;

6. Minimum 3+ seasons

The job runs from May 20 until 15 September, incl.

Daily routine includes preparing equipment/vehicles for trips. Meeting clients, preparing them and breifings for trip. Organising other guides for days job. Responsibility for actions taken on the river including setting safety and deciding trip cut-off points (regarding flow/client ability etc).
