Position Overview:

We are seeking a Software Developer with strong expertise in software development and foundational knowledge in AI to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on high-performance software applications while contributing to the integration of AI solutions into real-world digital logistics systems,


Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of complex software solutions using C++ for high-performance applications.
• Develop and maintain microservices and scalable codebases for real-time applications.
• Optimize existing codebase for improved performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Lead code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including hardware engineers, to integrate software with hardware components.
• Deploy/Integrate AI models and algorithms into existing systems, focusing on real-time performance.
• Contribute to tools for object detection, classification, and annotation workflows.
• Capability to analyse AI model performance and optimize for scalability and efficiency.
• Research and integrate emerging AI technologies to enhance current projects.
• Document software designs, specifications, and test plans.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in software development and AI.
• Familiarity with Linux and Windows development environments.
• Foundational knowledge of AI concepts, including object detection and real-time data processing.

Preferred Skills:

• Understanding of high-performance computing and multithreading.
• Experience with C++ and python.
• Experience with AI frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., Azure).
• Exposure to DevOps tools and practices.
• Familiarity with networking protocols and real-time operating systems.
