We're looking for a confident, committed professional to join Golden Stone as a Key Account Manager. This is a pivotal role where your skills and expertise will influence the success of our growing company. If you're passionate about wine and spirits and ready to make an impact, we'd love to hear from you.

What We're Looking For:

  • Industry Knowledge: A strong background in wine and spirits is a big advantage. Ideally, you have certified sommelier education (we will verify certifications with the issuing educator) or substantial hands-on experience. We're also open to candidates with a strong personal interest and solid knowledge in the field.

  • Understanding of Horeca: Familiarity with the Horeca sales industry is essential, whether from a buyer or seller perspective---both would be a bonus! Existing connections in the Horeca sector will help you stand out.

  • Professional Experience: Whether you've worked in sales, account management, or another client-facing role, your ability to build relationships and deliver results is key.

  • Language Skills: Strong communication in English is essential for internal teamwork and documentation. Norwegian is preferred for client-facing interactions but isn't a dealbreaker. Other languages are a plus.

  • Strategic and Analytical Thinking: You're a natural planner who can think strategically, analyze situations, and spot opportunities for growth.

  • People Skills: Charisma, approachability, individuality and a genuine enthusiasm for connecting with others will make you an ideal fit for this role.




Arbeidsoppgaver

As a Key Account Manager at Golden Stone, you will play a vital role in driving our growth and shaping the future of our company. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Building Strong Client Relationships: Develop and maintain partnerships with Horeca clients and key stakeholders, fostering loyalty and trust to ensure long-term collaboration.

  • Sales Execution: Introduce our carefully curated wine and spirits portfolio to clients, negotiate deals, and secure contracts with our company and your personal approach.

  • Organizing Tastings and Events: Represent Golden Stone at tastings, events, and promotional activities, showcasing our portfolio and engaging clients with the stories behind our products.

  • Market Insight and Strategy: Stay ahead of market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities, using these insights to refine sales strategies and identify new opportunities.

  • Collaborating with Producers: Work closely with our international producers, ensuring their values and product stories are effectively communicated to clients.

  • Travel and Client Visits: Meet clients and attend industry events across Norway, with occasional international travel to engage with producers and learn from them.

  • Operational Support: Manage logistics related to our portfolio, including inventory oversight and coordination for events, tastings, and client deliveries.

  • Event Planning for Producers: Host visiting producers, planning itineraries, and creating memorable experiences to strengthen partnerships.

  • Daily and Weekly Planning: Participate in daily team meetings to discuss strategies, set goals, and align on priorities while systematically planning your week for maximum productivity while maintaining flexibility and autonomy in your approach.
