Kitchen assistent in the middle of the Lofoten & Vesterålen islands

Local and traditional food is an important part of our consept. To combine local raw materials with foreign spices can also be an issue.

As a kitchen assistent you are to work in the kitchen and do the cooking to the restaurant, dining-room and conference room. Preparation, production and cleaning of the kitchen is also a part of the position. We also want a kitchen assistant who likes to communicate and explain the food to the guests.

As a kitchen assistant, you will work close to the responsible of the food and kitchen in the hotel.
