 Do you love sushi and the buzzling ambiance of a food market? Does the thought of combining high quality and sustainable sushi creations oozing with deliciousness with the somewhat humbler outlet of a food truck? Then we might be the one you are looking for!

 We're a fun-loving, energetic food truck team bringing amazing sushi to the popular tourist destination Flåm. We're looking for talented and enthusiastic chefs who can roll with the punches (and the sushi rice!) for the summer season.

 As our new sushi chef, you will join a bigger environment of chefs working in our different restaurants around the destination. You will be dishing out sushi at the market together with a service colleague about 4 days a week and doing preparations once a week. Most of the prepping will be done in the main kitchen at Fretheim Hotel, your home base in Flåm.

Your Gig:

• Make mouthwatering sushi that will have customers come back for more.
• Keep things organized and the good vibes flowing.
• Be a team player 

Must Haves:

• Sushi chef experience – you know your way around a bamboo mat!
• A great attitude and appreciation for the food truck life.
• Ability to work efficiently and stay organized.
• Work permit for Norway
