Arbeidsoppgaver

Assistant to in the consular section of Embassy who will be in charge of:

  • (consular tours, professional missions, making appointments, etc.)

  • Transcription and entry of civil status documents (extract, death, marriage, literal copy, etc.)

  • Keeping civil status registers

  • Management of electronic databases.

  • Active participation in all activities concerning the Algerian community (organization of events, creation and updating of lists, monitoring of registration, elections, etc.)

  • Monitoring and management of social files in relation to the community

  • Support for the civil status center (return of incomplete files, response to users, telephone switchboard, etc.)

Qualifications

· Excellent command of Norvegian, Arabic, English and French

· Previous experience in administration is preferable but not required

· Good communication and interpersonal skills

· Teamwork experience, positive attitude and flexibility

Salary:

To be agreed during the interview.

Non-EEA nationals who are resident in Norway are required to be in possession of a permanent residence permit to be considered for the position.
