Delivery Trainer

We’re excited to announce an opening for the Delivery Trainer position at Lørenskog!  

As a Delivery Trainer, you will be a major contributor to improving the everyday lives of our drivers. You will lead and support the training programs and courses for new and existing drivers and contribute to further development. You are responsible for all training modules for the drivers and support the Regional Manager in achieving our growth of the driver pool.

What you’ll do as a Delivery Trainer 🚚

• Ensure we hire, grow and develop new drivers, as well as support and motivate existing ones

• Be a role model for new and existing drivers to promote safety and positive company culture and uphold the company's values

• Take part in continuous improvement of processes and practices that run our drivers academy

• Perform both on-road and system controls of routines and procedures

• Train new drivers by following the training processes which the drivers academy is working with

• Execute additional courses, both theoretical and on-road

• Support your manager in planning, helping prepare and improving routines and standards in the academy, including training programs for new drivers, refresher courses for existing drivers, on-road and on-job training, and follow-ups on deviations and arrange additional training courses to ensure effectiveness in their line of work

• Facilitate and follow up on KPIs and future strategy, as well as perform the tasks as required

• Support daily operations and drive routes during high sales volume

• Share your feedback with all other trainers in the team and your manager through continuous discussions and meetings to ensure we actively learn from each other’s opinions to bring positive changes

  
  

To be successful, we believe you🌟

• Driving Licence B Category

• Speak and write fluent English & Norwegian

• Comfortable presenting in front of a group

• Strong professional competence and a desire to acquire additional skills

• Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint 

• Experience with video and editing - is preferred but not a requirement
