Looking for a waiter/waitress for a hotel in Western Norway

Are you passionate about food, beverage and customer satisfaction? Can you lead by example with a hands-on approach?

The hotel lies in the middle of the best that Norway has to offer. Majestic mountains, sparkling glaciers, clear blue fjords with a dash of culture, peace and great local food. The kitchen serves fresh seafood from the fjords, mushrooms and venison from the forests and even juicy apples and berries from the surrounding farms. For breakfast, which is also served in the restaurant, you will find homemade bread and jam made from the produce in their own garden.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a waiter and bartender in an a la carte restaurant.

• Proficiency in English language, both verbal and written, to effectively communicate with international guests.

• Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality.

• Ability to multitask and work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.

• A proactive and team-oriented attitude, with a strong work ethic.

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.

Working period: 20.05. - 01.10.2025

Accommodation: 4500 NOK/month. Own bedroom, shared common rooms.

Salary: 220.00 - 230.00 NOK/h

Average working hours is 168 h / month

Salary additions

Overtime addition 50.00 %

Vacation addition 12.00 %

National holiday addition 100.00 %

Overtime and vacation money will be paid at the end of the contract.
