Do you want to help take AVA further into the world?

We are looking for skilled employees for our Customer Success department who can help us strengthen AVA both nationally and internationally. You will be an important part of the department that creates satisfied dealers and customers, making us attractive to our most important target groups.

Experience with Amazon is a plus.

  • Together with the team, ensure that AVA is among the best in the world in following up with our customers.

  • Work with some of the most professional chains internationally.

  • Answer customer inquiries by phone, chat, email, including general questions, troubleshooting, etc.

  • Market-oriented measures.

  • Order handling.

  • Product registration.

  • Dealer dialogue.

  • Handle deviations.

  • Ordering and follow-up of transport.

  • Contribute to improving/streamlining work methods and systems.

  • Participate in joint meetings with other departments for the best possible cooperation.

  • Support/collaborate other departments.
