What We're Looking For
You thrive in backend development and want to design scalable, high-quality solutions.  We are looking for an experienced backend developer who enjoys both hands-on coding and contributing to architectural decisions. If you also have experience leading projects or mentoring others, there are opportunities for growth in that direction!

 

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable and maintainable backend solutions.
• Drive the adoption of modern architecture principles, including microservices.
• Ensure robust automated testing and high-quality code.
• Oversee build and deployment processes, ensuring smooth CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with product goals.
• Champion version control best practices, ensuring efficient collaboration.
• Facilitate technical design discussions and clear documentation.
• Stay updated on cloud technologies to contribute to deployment strategies.

We believe most of these should match your experience

• 4 years of backend development experience.
• Proficiency in Java, C#, TypeScript, or similar languages.
• Experience with microservices architecture and scalable system design.
• Strong experience with automated testing and CI/CD best practices.
• Familiarity with containerization and cloud environments (AWS/Azure).
• Experience leading projects or mentoring developers is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to document technical designs.
• Proficiency in English, Swedish, or Norwegian, both verbal and written.
