This role involves working evenings and weekends, contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional culinary experiences inspired by the Mediterranean.

🎯 Responsibilities

• Create memorable dining experiences for our guests
• Prepare dishes according to set procedures and profit goals
• Perform daily mise en place, including lunches and event dinners
• Follow established routines for ingredient handling and hygiene
• Ensure kitchen and storage areas remain clean and organized
• Maintain good cooperation between service, bar, kitchen, and other departments
• Contribute to a positive working environment and collaborate with colleagues
• Support the kitchen's efforts to innovate within our Mediterranean concept
