Villa Paradiso – Bringing Naples to Norway since 2004 🍕

Villa Paradiso is famous for its authentic Neapolitan pizza, fresh Italian flavors, and lively atmosphere. From handmade dough to premium ingredients, we are dedicated to serving real Italian food with soul.

Delicatessen – Oslo’s Favorite Tapas Bar since 1999 🇪🇸

Delicatessen is all about Spanish passion, buzzing energy, and irresistible tapas. Our vibrant, casual dining experience has made us a go-to spot for anyone who loves good food, good wine, and a lively atmosphere.

Now, both brands are launching in Sandvika—and we need the right team to bring them to life!

We are currently looking for passionate and driven leaders to take charge of these two exciting openings:

🌟 General Manager (GM) – Villa Paradiso & Delicatessen Sandvika

As GM, you will oversee the entire operation of both restaurants, ensuring a seamless guest experience and strong business performance. You will lead the front-of-house (FOH), back-of-house (BOH), and management teams, driving quality, service, and profitability across both concepts.

Key responsibilities: ✅ Full operational responsibility for both restaurants ✅ Financial management, cost control & revenue optimization ✅ Leadership, recruitment, and development of the full team ✅ Creating an inspiring, high-energy, and guest-focused atmosphere ✅ Ensuring excellence in service, food quality, and daily operations

Who you are: ✔️ A dynamic leader with experience as GM or multi-site restaurant manager ✔️ Hands-on, people-driven, and passionate about hospitality ✔️ Organized, strategic, and strong in business management ✔️ Fluent in English and/or Norwegian (or another Scandinavian language)
