Arbeidsoppgaver

LEAD BARTENDER, GRUVA

• Assists in training and leading our team of bartenders, ensuring high standards of service and professionalism.

• Completes and delegates daily operations of the bar, collaborating and working closely with other department leads ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests.

• Provides exceptional customer service, addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly as well as leading and motivating a team of skilled bartenders.

• Maintains inventory and manages ordering of bar supplies and ingredients as required.

• Craft and serve a wide variety of cocktails with precision and creativity in a very busy environment with the ability to manage many guests at the same time.

SERVER, RESTAURANT 1897

• Presents menus and provide detailed descriptions of menu items, including daily recommendations and wine pairings.

• Serves food and beverages with precision and elegance.

• Ensures guest satisfaction by anticipating needs and addressing any concerns promptly.

• Maintains a thorough knowledge of the menu, including ingredients and preparation methods.

• Assists guests with wine selections and other beverage recommendations.

• Maintains cleanliness and organization of dining areas and service stations.

• Collaborates with kitchen staff and other servers to ensure seamless service.

• Adheres to all health and safety regulations.
