Transition Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen as Transition Manager in the Global Customer Support (GCS) division, reporting to Vice President of Digitalization and Operational Excellence. As a Transition Manager, you become part of a team that will drive and steer towards process standardization and optimalisation. Your role will be pivotal in supporting the organization to continuously improve and achieve efficiency as we adopt through the Digital Business Transformation (DBT).

What you will be doing 

• Identification of forthcoming changes relative to current operational practices and processes, along with a comprehensive explanation of the necessity for these changes 

• Analyze the impact to operations and people and the associated risks. This will require involving relevant business representatives 

• Develop and maintain a change strategy – including change plans and communication plans 

• General communication to the GCS community about DBT and its associated activities – specifically adapted to GCS culture, language and setting. 

• Communicate specific changes to all relevant stakeholders – including to management (at all levels) and end-users. Also involving employees and addressing concerns 

• Execute the change plan, monitor and adjust as needed. Including facilitating and support training on new processes and new tools 

 

We think you should have 

• Bachelor degree in relevant areas, experience can compensate for formal education 

• Experience with leading/implementing large projects or programs. 

• Ability to communicate with a diverse and big stakeholder pool 

• Great communication skills both verbal and written 

• It is advantageous to have some knowledge of the Lean methodology 

• Maritime experience is an advantage
