Social Media Coordinator (Unpaid internship)

We are offering two internship spots for people who want to contribute, grow, and learn alongside our marketing team. You will help with real tasks, be part of team discussions, and support the work that goes into building brand presence for both ninito and our restaurant partners.

This is a structured learning program. It is unpaid and intended for those early in their journey. You will not replace any employee, but you will be involved in real work with proper guidance. Experience with social media or video editing is not required, but it is a bonus.

• How content is planned and published for TikTok, instagram, Facebook, and youtube

• How to support content creation on-site (both video and photo)

• What goes into finding trends and adjusting content to match them

• How to contribute to creative sessions and give input

• What it means to work inside a real marketing team with organic growth goals

• Experience working with active campaigns and restaurant brands

• A stronger understanding of content, strategy, and social media work

• A chance to build a portfolio with real examples

• A reference from ninito when the internship is completed

• Curious and open to learning

• Genuinely interested in social media and content

• Comfortable working with others and contributing to a team

• Very comfortable both behind and in front of the camera

• Speak fluent Norwegian or English

• Live in Oslo and can join us physically

• Not afraid to try new things or ask questions
