Renault Twizy, great fun to drive and no bom penge to pay 😊

Selling cheap as the rear brake discs are worn. This is a known issue with thia car, a new set off discs and pads can be bought for 450 euros. The wear means that the handbrake does not work, I usually park and use something under the wheels to stop the car rolling. There is a scratch on the right hand door, I think most of it could be polished out.

Otherwise everything else works as it should. I have put 70km as rekkevidde as this is realistic compared to the factory numbers. I can happily drive from Kroken to Eide Handel and back or twice to the airport.

Two sets of wheels, winter tyres have plenty of tread left, rear summers are running low. Twizy had Bluetooth and hands free, the hands free works but due to noise using the phone on it is not the best, however the music works nicely.

Other mods to the car: Power box installed - doubles the power and many parameters can be controlled via the app. Improves performance and battery, the original motor control box follows the car. I have the battery set to charge to 90% to prolong the life (this may also explain why I have less range). The charging controller unit has been replaced and upgraded by a German company. This is another known issue with the Twizy, the box is expensive, the new unit was installed in 2023 and is improved on the original version. Lithium ion 12v battery installed, much better than original. Font windshield replaced in 2022. Full window kit installed. 12v seat warmer on driver seat. Small 12v heater blower (nor functioning, can replace if required). Spare set of front brake pads, a spare runner stop for folding doors, improved clips to hold windows closed (if you want to install) all follow with the car.
