The property is located in vineyards just outside (5 minutes walk) the lovely, traditional village of Siran, deep in the heart of the Minervois vineyards.

Siran has bakery, grocery store, a very popular brasserie/cafe and post office.

The bustling town of Olonzac with all amenities (further restaurants, café bars and shops and supermarket etc.) is just 5 minutes away. Enjoy their popular Tuesday Market all year round.

The surrounding countryside is astoundingly beautiful. Roads lined with plane trees, shaded footpaths along the canal, vineyards as far as the eye can see.

Carcassonne 25 minutes for Ryanair airport, fantastic fortified city and cultural events, restaurants and golf.

Minerve, an Unesco world heritage town, regarded as one of the most beautiful in France 20 minutes.

Lagrasse 25 minutes is one of the most beautiful villages in France and offers spectacular scenery and a huge choice of restaurants for a memorable night out. Good shopping also.

Mediterranean beaches 1 hour which stretch from Montpellier down to the Spanish border. Wonderful sandy beaches with tasteful entertainments and beachfront restaurants and cafés. The 'Etang de L'Ayrolle' offers some of the best windsurfing in Europe.
