THE APPARTMENT: The appartment have 5 seperate rooms, with shared bathroom and kitchen. Two men in their 20tis students/PHds from the University of Oslo, are renting one room each.

There is one more room available. The room has a bed, writing desk and closet. The monthly rent for approx 10 m2 NOK 6790,- incl. electrisity is for rent for a third person. Shared kitchen & bathroom is approx 43m2 is incl. In this price.

The appartment is very close to the University of Oslo (5 minutes), Forskningsparken, BI Nydalen and the center of Oslo.

EMPLOYEES ans OTHERS: Center of Oslo 10 min with subway. The shoppingstreet Bokstadveien will only take you 13 min minutes walk. And with walking/subway it will approx take you 15 min to the NasjonalTheatre & Oslo S. The appartment is very close to the sub station (5min walk)

LOCAL village in a City: The appartment is placed only 4 minutes from a small local area called "Vinderen", with nice cafeeplases & nice shops.

NATURE: The appartment is also close to beautiful running and hiking/skiing slopes (Thowards Sognsvann and Frognerseteren/Holmenkollen).

I will not be able to share picture of the room right now, but it is possible to call me for questions and I can agree on a showing through FB/Teams (agreed on with the man renting the room now). I will also ask the renter to take some pictures as soon as possible.

BOKOLLEKTIVET: består av 5 rom. To menn i 20 årene bor allerede i ett rom i bokollektivet.

Leiligheten har felles kjøkken/oppholdsrom og bad inkl.

STUDENTER: Leilighetens beliggenhet er meget sentral. Med kun 2-3 min til Forskningsparken, 5/6 min gange til UIO. Kollektivet egner den seg godt for studenter.

Kun 5 minutt fra Blinderen t-bane, hvor du innen 5 minutt kommer deg til BI NYDALEN (5 min m/bane).

FOR ARBEIDSTAGERE/ANDRE: Bokollektivet er i gangavstand til handlegaten Bokstadveien. Og kun ca 15 min unna knutepunkter som Nasjonal teateret, Karl Johansgate og Oslo-S.

LOKALMILJØET: Kollektivet ligger bare 4 minutter fra Vinderen sentrum, med hyggelige kafeer og butikker. 5 min gange fra Vinderen sentrum, finner du naturhærlige løp/sykkel/ski stier til Frognerseteren/Ullevållsseter/Sognsvann.
