The room is available from June, 1. Ideal for students/engineers working in Forus.

In total three rooms in the first floor share one bathroom and kitchen/living in the second floor. Each floor is on 45 m2. Washing machine and dryer in the basement. The other two rooms are rented to two boys with engineering background. The room is ideal for students/young professionals with similar background. Internet and electricity are included in the price. The kitchen and bathroom are not recently renovated, but they are completely functional. If you are looking for something fancy in the middle of Stavanger, this might not be the place for you. The place is close to Kilden center, with all the facilities nearby. The house is 3 km from UIS- nice walk through Sørmarka. Good bus connections to Forus.
I have another room available from April, with own bathroom available for weekly/monthly rent.
The little room (7 m2) will be available from mid June 5300 nok for 2 months (summer internship).
