Cosy room in the heart of Grünerløkka

A small and cozy room in our lovely kollektiv, is up for grabs!

You will be part of an organized and charming kollektiv in Grünerløkka, with a kitchen view of Akerselva and St. Pauli Biergarden. Public transport are less than a three minute walk away with trams (11, 12 and 18) and buses in all directions. Ringen Kino, bars and shops are really close, but far enough to avoid any noise in the apartment.

The room is a cute 7m2 and costs 5610 NOK (incl. electricity and wifi).
It comes without any furniture.

There are in total five bedrooms and the spacious kitchen works as a common area. But three of the rooms are quite large so we sometimes use them to hang out.

The age group is currently 24-32. A good atmosphere in the apartment is important to us, there is both laughter and good conversations as well as space for ourselves. We like to keep our home tidy for everyone to feel comfortable, and have a cleaning schedule. In our everyday life we are more of a calm kollektiv and would like to keep it this way, but we get very dedicated when we occasionally throw a big theme party.

This is us:

– Mirjam (32) is from Germany and works as a landscape architect. She likes books, movies, music, baking all kinds of vegan cakes, and needs both forest and clubs to be happy.

– Andrea (24) is from Oslo, she studies psychology and her hobbies range from sewing beautiful dresses over baking delicacies to going to the sauna, going out, and many more. She is currently on exchange in Aarhus, but will be back in december.

– Astri (28) is from Trondelag, Norway. She is currently taking a master in art and handcraftdidactic and work as a student assistent on the side. Interested in sewing, (all types of handcraft), climbing, outdoor stuff, movies and books and going out

About you:

We are looking for someone open minded and considerate, preferably from the age of 23 and up with experience of living in a shared flat. Please write a bit about yourself, what you do and why you could be a good fit. Then we will contact you about meeting up.
We prefer to meet in person, but we can also do video calls if necessary.

It will be possible to move in from the 1st of Janauary, but it can also be later.
