Room available in shared housing. The house is centrally located just outside the center of Stavanger. 10 minutes' walk to the center, and 5-10 minutes' walk to outdoor recreation areas. We are looking for a quiet and serious person for our housing association. The person must be considerate and participate in shared duties to have the apartment clean and tidy.
We live in the house ourselves with the children, and therefore we cannot have a party and noisy house. Everyone should be able to come home to a predictable home.

We aim for good chemistry and good cooperation in the house, so everyone is comfortable.
We are primarily looking for calm young adults, who study and/or work.
Age should preferably be approximately between 24-35.
One of our tenants have been working shift offshore and travelling a lot. The other two is working with petroleum industry and within service locally.
NOK 5400,- 11 m2
The rent includes Electricity, Internet and municipal taxes.
