I am renting one of the two rooms in a new apartment building constructed in 2016. The apartment was refurnished in 2022 so everything is brand new. The place has balanced ventilation, 55" TV with MAX, terrace, bike shed and parking on the street. The tenant has a large closet in the room, the smaller one next to the main doors and few things can be stored in the cellar - about 2m2 available for luggage's and other sport equipment.

The apartment is about 850 meters from the Dragvoll campus and can be reached in about 10 minutes of walk. Next to the campus is Estendstandsmarka, forest which is nice for hikes, running and other activities.

This place is especially suitable for students looking for a high standard living. The apartment is clean, warm (22°C), cozy and in general calm place to live within walking distance from Dragvoll campus.
