Stylish 3 bedroom apartment with a wonderful balcony for rent in Oslo, Kalbakken. The apartment is situated on the first floor, with few stairs up from the buildings main entrance.




Only 2 minute walk to the nearest metro station - Kalbakke t-bane, and the nearest bus stop - Flaen. The airport shuttle bus stops right outside and takes you to the Oslo airport Gardermoen in 40minutes. 17minutes metro ride to downtown Oslo city centre/Oslo S/jernbanetorget. There are also several bus lines that can take you to the city centre or opposite direction towards Viken/Akershus county.

There are plenty of free street parking right outside, but also possible to rent a garage/or designated parking spot across the street for a fee of 750kr per month, if needed.


The apartment is fully furnished, but also possible to rent partly furnished, or no furniture. The apartment has a wonderful fireplace that is perfect during late fall/winter time, and heats up the apartment nicely. The apartment is otherwise heated by electric ovens that can be controlled via wi-fi from your phone or manually. Water is included, but you will have to sign up your own electricity/power agreement, as electricity is not included in the rent.

The balcony is spacious with its approximately 8,4 m2, and has wonderful sunlight from 11pm to 8pm in the summertime. The large and many windows in the apartment allows for fresh air and the sun to light up all the rooms with natural sunlight all year round.
