It consists of an assigned parking space in the basement, a storage room on the ground floor, and the apartment on the first floor – all connected with elevator.

The apartment features a master bedroom and a smaller bedroom/office. The kitchen and a large dining/living room are directly connected and have heated floors. This also applies to the bathroom, which contains a shower, toilet and sink. New washer and dryer (not shown in the photos) will be installed on 28th of June. There are two separate patios with evening sun during summer. Basic furniture is included in the monthly rent, as well as cable TV and internet, but not electricity.

Only 70 m (200 ft) away is Skien’s main bus/taxi terminal and a 24/7 grocery store. The harbor area, two shopping malls and a variety of international restaurants, cafes and bars can also be found within walking distance.
