House in centre of Madla is available for only short-term rental during ONS 2024 event for 4 nights from 25- 29 August for kr 32000. If desired guests can also stay on 24 and 29 August for additional cost of 6500 per night.
Spacious private house with 3 bedrooms, 2 living rooms and 2 bathrooms for rental during ONS 2024 event. 3 bedrooms with 2 double beds, 1 single bed and 1 sleeping sofa in small living room, There are 2 bathrooms on each floor. Newly installed kitchen in April 2024.
Property is located in centre of Madla with easy access to ONS venue through Car, Bus, Cycle and even walk. Bus stop is about 2-3 minutes walk from the house where one can take direct bus (route 6 and 7) to ONS and also to Stavanger sentrum. Grocery store Kiwi is just next to the house.
Ground Floor- Entrance, Small Living room with Sofabed, Desk/Chair with monitors and 1 bathroom with bathtub.
First Floor- Large Living room with 2 sofa, Dining table and chair for 6, 3 bedrooms (2 double bed and 1 single bed) and 1 bathroom. Large sunny terrasse with garden view.

Visning
The landlord assumes that the tenant's purpose for the rental is only short-term rental in connection with the ONS 2024 event, so the rental period begins on August 25 and ends on August 29, 2024. The property is used as a family home by the landlord, who needs the property from August 29. There is no termination/ refund during the agreed rental period. The agreed rent is to be paid in advance within 03 days of singing the contract. The tenant is responsible for all damages during the rental period. A detailed contract must be accepted by the tenant.
