Deposit:
Deposit guarantee cost 3500 nok and it’s a one time cost. It is not returned because it's only a guarantee insurance. Unfortunately, a normal deposit account (25 000 nok) is only available for persons with Norwegian id-number.

The apartment has a very central and attractive location in one of Trondheim's most popular residential areas - Møllenberg. Within walking distance you will find several grocery stores, restaurants, bakeries etc. The nearest grocery store is approx. 600 m away and YX/7-Eleven only 200 m from the apartment. The city center is just under 15 minutes away and with a few minutes' walk you will find Solsiden and its bustling folk life and wide selection of restaurants and cafes.
