1 bedroom 15sq.m, in 2 bedroom apartment, very central ,68 square.m

I'm searching for a roommate, I just took over this apartment that has an extra bedroom so I can rent it out if I want ,and I would like to find a person that we could live and share expenses together. I have posted some photos from when I got it few days ago and some of how it is now as im Trying to fix and a bit every day to make it cozy . The apartment seems it has only 3 bedrooms and no living room but I m trying to figure out how to make it a living room and a workshop/studio for my arts .i think it has posibilities to make it super cozy and the apartment also located super central so its very convenient So if you are also an artistic person that maybe is interested to create something inside there would be awesome. Otherwise we can just keep it for cozy nights with a beer and movies or whatever we would like . The room I'm renting out is the biggest of all , you can easily put a big bed ,desk ,a closet has already ,and few other things if you have to and still you ll feel roomy and not tight .
