Room in a girls collective

Hello !

I’m moving soon so I’m looking for a new tenant in this girls’ collective.
There are 4 other girls between 20 and 30 years old, sharing the apartment. All are either studying or working.
The apartment is quiet so it is really nice to live here. I’m looking for a calm, neat and respectful girl to take over :)

The apartment is located in a very nice and calm area in Gamlebyen, just down Ekebergparken.
It is also really close to Sørenga and Bjørvika, which offers good possibility for nice walks !

The nearest tramway stop is Oslo Hospital, only 250m from the apartment. With both lines 13 and 19, you can reach the centre of Oslo within 10 minutes and other popular places such as Nationaltheatret (in 20 minutes) or Majorstuen (in 30 minutes).

Concerning supermarkets, there is a KIWI just 230m from the apartment and Bunnpris a bit further (very convenient when you have to buy something on a Sunday!).


Description of the apartment:

- Entrance hall with some storage for shoes, jackets…
- Kitchen fully equipped with oven, stovetop, dishwasher, 2 fridges with freezers, cabinets with a lot of space for your food.
- Bathroom with shower, washing machine and a shared shelf for your personal belongings, a window and ventilation.
- Room is quite big, calm and really pleasant to live in. The room is normally not furnished but it can be discussed because I can sell some furniture at a very low price (bed, dresser, storage unit, clothes rail).
- Access to a storage space in the basement.
- Access to the backyard (shared) with a nice patio where you can relax.

Rent is 6500kr per month and is due on the 1st of each month. This includes hot water and internet. Electricity bill is shared with the other girls and paid separately (between 200kr and 800kr per month).
Deposit amount is 19 500kr (= 3 months rent).

The room is available from September 1st but the date can be flexible. The rental could start a little earlier because I will move in the beginning of August.
