Double-Room Available in Cozy Grünerløkka Collective!
Our wonderful housemate Luis is moving on to a new adventure, and we're searching for an open-minded individual to join our happy collective from October 20th onwards. We have a lovely room available in our cozy house nestled in the heart of Grünerløkka, with the added bonus of a tranquil garden.
The room is divided into two separate 8m^2 zones, one was used as an office space and one with a bed. Located on the first floor, it has a beautiful view into the garden. Furniture is included, and there's an additional wardrobe in front of the room, great for clothes and storage, so you can fully use the two room areas. We're an international group who value both community and personal space. The apartment is bright and spacious, with a shared living room, kitchen, and bathroom. The location is unbeatable, with everything Grünerløkka has to offer right outside the door.
Flexible Move-in Dates: Between October 21st and November 20th
Our apartment is ideally located right at Olaf Ryes plass, a vibrant hub with a plethora of bars, cafés, and restaurants to suit all tastes. You'll also find unique thrift stores, charming parks, and the scenic Akerselva river just a stone's throw away. The central location provides easy access to many parts of Oslo. While we're in a bustling neighbourhood and the next tram stop is just 10m away from our gate, our house is tucked away in the backyard, ensuring a peaceful living environment, as no street noise really reaches the garden.
In the spring and summertime, our garden is our living room. We have two different seating areas, both perfect for nice evenings and BBQs. For the colder days coming, we also have a big and inviting living room upstairs with couches, TV and decorated with plenty of plants. Perfect for drinks or hanging out, we often watch films or series together here. Since WC and shower are separated, we never experienced troubles with waiting in line to shower or such in the mornings. The kitchen has been a nice place for hanging out and making food. The kitchen is fully equipped and a nice place where we spend time together and cook. We endeavour to keep it tidy and clean up after ourselves, while also trying to maintain a cleaning schedule for the house.
Our collective is made up of working professionals and students and we like to see ourselves as very open minded and inclusive people. We're a happy and active international group who value each other's company and enjoy spending time together. However, we are respectful when it comes to other people’s privacy and their need to just chill alone. Particular emphasis is placed on keeping the noise level low during the night, as everyone has a regular working routine to follow. We do like a good time with drinks and stuff together, but if you're looking for a party house, this is not the place for you :)
You will be living with:
David (28) from Asker, Norway is working as a Paramedic. He skates and takes a lot of pictures when it's warm outside, snowboards when it's snowy, and plays games or watches movies when it's bad weather. He is easy to talk to and always has an open ear when needed.
Jan-Ole (29) from Germany is doing his PhD in Microbiology at UiO. He enjoys climbing/bouldering, snowboarding/Ski-touring, outdoor-activities of any kind or movie-nights and is always up for good conversations if he's not busy to be a good plant dad. His laughter will warm your heart every time.
Kat (29) from Greece is studying Dramaturgy and has a deep love for the theatre. She's kind and open-minded and always happy to invite you to a play or dance performance. The best person if you want to explore the culture scene of Oslo.
Stian (23) from Trondheim, Norway is a sociology student at UiO. Alongside his studies, he works in a (fancy) restaurant or as a location scout while pursuing a passion for acting and theatre. His open and curious personality always creates a joyful atmosphere.
We want to find someone who is mature, open minded and respectful.
As we're constantly trying to improve this lovely home, you’re also very welcome to modify your room or any other space in the house.

Vår fantastiske roomie Luis skal ut på nye eventyr, og vi leter etter en åpen person som vil bli en del av vårt glade kollektiv fra 20. oktober. Vi har et koselig rom ledig i vårt sjarmerende hus midt i hjertet av Grünerløkka, med en rolig hage som en ekstra bonus.
Rommet er delt inn i to separate soner på 8m2 hver, ett med kontorplass og ett med seng. Møbler er inkludert, og det er en ekstra garderobe utenfor rommet. Vi er en internasjonal gjeng som verdsetter både felleskap og personlig rom. Leiligheten er lys og romslig, med felles stue, kjøkken og bad. Beliggenheten er uslåelig, med alt Grünerløkka har å by på rett utenfor døren.

Leiligheten vår har en perfekt beliggenhet på Olaf Ryes plass, et pulserende knutepunkt med et bredt utvalg av barer, kafeer og restauranter for enhver smak. Du finner også unike bruktbutikker, sjarmerende parker og den vakre Akerselva rett rundt hjørnet. Den sentrale beliggenheten gir enkel tilgang til mange deler av Oslo. Selv om vi er i et travelt nabolag, ligger huset vårt tilbaketrukket i bakgården, noe som sikrer et fredelig bomiljø.
Det ledige rommet ligger i første etasje med utsikt over hagen. Det er lyst, romslig og møblert. Vi deler et separat toalett og bad, et fullt utstyrt kjøkken og en stor, innbydende stue.
Kollektivet vårt består av yrkesaktive og studenter. Vi er en hyggelig internasjonal gjeng som verdsetter hverandres selskap og liker å tilbringe tid sammen. Vi setter også pris på å ha vårt eget rom og tid for oss selv.

David (28) fra Asker er ambulansearbeider. Han er veldig sosial og imøtekommende.
Jan-Ole (29) fra Tyskland er doktorgradsstudent i mikrobiologi ved UiO. Han er en friluftsentusiast og en dedikert plantepappa.
Kat (29) fra Hellas studerer dramaturgi og har en dyp kjærlighet til teater. Hun er snill og åpen og alltid glad for å invitere deg med på en forestilling.
Stian (23) fra Trondheim er sosiologistudent ved UiO. Han liker teater og skuespill og har en åpen og nysgjerrig personlighet.
