Short term rental: Master bedroom with the most beautiful view

This is a unique opportunity to live in a shared apartment overlooking Oslo. The space on the 13th and 14th floors of the Sinsen Panorama with a south facing view over the city. The apartment is perfect for a clean professional with easy access to the city.

The other two people are female consultants who travel frequently for work and you will often have the whole space to yourself. I'm looking for someone to take the space until March of 2025, but I'm flexible.

The room for rent is the master bedroom and ensuite private bathroom on the first floor and is ~20m2 with a large king sized bed. It comes with plenty of closet space both inside the bedroom and two large cabinets outside the bedroom. It has a large window with a great view of the city.

The shared living space is 150m2, and you will be the third person sharing the accommodations. The downstairs has an open kitchen, large dining table, technical room, and the master bedroom and bathroom (where you will be staying!). The second floor has two bedrooms, shared bathroom, large living room, and a patio with a BBQ and seating area. The TV in the living room comes with Netflix and Disney+. The bathroom has a washer and dryer for laundry.

The apartment is located on top of Sinsen Panorama, which is a 1-minute walk from both the metro, bus and tram - all with frequent departures. It takes approx. 8-10 minutes by public transport from Sinsen (subway stop) to Oslo S. Just across the road from the apartment is Torshovdalen park. There are several grocery stores within a 5 minute walk of the apartment (Rema 1000, Bottom Price, Kiwi). There are also several gyms nearby (SATS, Fresh fitness, Just Training).

The house rules are to always be respectful of others, keep the place clean, and let others know if you are going to have guests over.

We are looking for a respectful, and clean individual to join us in our space. We are open to individuals of all backgrounds.

The monthly rent is 14,000 per month for the room, ensuite bathroom, and the huge living space. The deposit is 28,000 (monthly rent x2) and there is a mutual notice period of 2 months. Electricity, hot water and internet included in the rent. It is possible to rent a parking space in the parking basement of the building.
