IDEAL LOCATION: Steinan Student Village is located 6.1 km outside the city center, with a bus stop conveniently situated just across the street. You'll find Nardo Shopping Center nearby, featuring a grocery store, bakery, hairdresser, and florist. Plus, enjoy easy access to Estenstadmarka, which offers numerous hiking trails.
 

EXCELLENT COMMON AREAS: Take advantage of the spacious outdoor areas on the property. The apartment features tasteful furnishings in light green tones, complemented by fabric and oak furniture. Its bright and airy design makes the common areas comfortable and inviting. Parking is available for an additional 500 NOK per month.
 

STUDENT BENEFITS: Benefit from our student-friendly deposit options—only 1 month's security deposit with a valid student ID and credit check. We accept both deposit and bank guarantees.
 

* Additional costs: In addition to the rent, a 500 NOK monthly fee covers electricity. Laundry facilities with washing machines and dryers are available, payable through a convenient app.
