Hello!We are a collective of three looking for a person to replace me in a room, in a shared house. Unfortunately, I have to leave Norway for unforeseen reasons, so I want to sublet my room. The room is very nice, with a view of Ulriken and Fløyen, in addition to the rest of Bergen. The house has two floors (the bedroom is on the second floor) and an attic for storage. On the first floor there is a large living room, kitchen, and a balcony that goes around the front of the house. The kitchen has plenty of space for cooking and storage. There is a laundry cellar with washing machine and dryer for laundry, as well as a freezer. The internet is included in the rent. Power is excluded. A little about us: Those who stay are Tiril (28) and Aidan (24). Both are studying a master's in system dynamics at UiB and are in their final year. In her spare time, Tiril sings in a choir, she is a music enthusiast and likes to relax with a good series. Aidan likes to go for a walk in the city mountains or a bike ride. They both enjoy cooking and making things up together from time to time. Me and your future roommates are looking for someone who is: Calm: we prefer someone who wants to create a calm atmosphere in the house, so everyone feels comfortable in the house and that this is a place where you can come home and relax. Neat: we thrive best in neat and clean circumstances, prefer someone who is comfortable with weekly chores so everyone contributes to a place that is nice to come back to after a day at work. Nice: we are all social people and prefer someone who is open and easy to talk to, and who wants to hang out with us and watch a series or have dinner together. The sublet itself is relatively short-term: from the moment you enter (for example 01. 01. 2025) to 31. 07. 2025 (July 2025). But there is the possibility of an extension where you will probably sign the contract yourself and I will be removed from the contract. This will have to be decided later. After we have spoken via Dormitory or e-mail, it is important that you meet your future roommates in person. They're the ones who have the final say on whether you can take the room and become your future roommate :)If you have any questions, let me know!
