I am renting out a bedroom on the top floor of a house in Vollen.
Move in date is flexible.
Priority will be given to long-term renters.
It is a spacy house (about 170 square meters), which has several positive characteristics, especially mentioned:
-Only 25 minutes to Aker Brygge, by boat B20 from Vollen
-Direct buss to Oslo (The buss nr. 250E takes 31 minutes to Oslo center/Viken.) Buss station just outside the house.
-Spacious living room with abundance of natural light
-Spacious terrace with outdoor furniture and charcoal grill
-Hiking trails nearby
Fully furnished and has all appliances in the kitchen and bathroom and of course a dishwasher and washing machine.
-Bathroom with bathtub and underfloor heating
-About 7 min to walk to Vollen Stranda
-Safe area
-Free parking included
-Security amount is just 4800 nok.

/ I am a UX Design, and I am having a side business growing medicinal mushrooms for a scandinavian medical clinique.

/ I enjoy to exercise in the morning, enjoy my routines, nature lover and the sauna is my go-to `church`
/ I ike to have friendly chats and social gatherings but also really like to respect personal space and quiet time.
/ I'm understanding and flexible with schedules and living arrangements, aiming to create a calm and harmonious living environment.
