Room for rent Grünerløkka

Our cozy collective is looking for a new person! (not a couple)

We are currently seeking to rent out 1 of 5 furnished bedrooms in our international flat. The room comes with a bed/mattress, a built in shelve, mirror, a desk and a drawer. There is also a wall heater which keeps the room nice and toasty in the winter.

You would be living with 1 guy and three girls (age 20 - 31) from various countries outside of Norway, who are all working/studying. We're a nice, tidy, calm and easy-going group. We have a shared balcony and access to a common courtyard, which is great for the long summer evenings!

The flat is located in a quiet street in Grünerløkka, so you'll be close to all the hip places in town! Both the tram and the buses are very close and you can also quickly reach the city centre by foot which takes 15 minutes. SATS, Fresh Fitness and EVO are also very close. Kiwi, Rema 1000 are a 5 minute walk away.

We usually keep it quiet in the flat during the week after 11pm, but weekends are of course different. There is always parking in the street available but you have to register your car with the council.

Internet is included within the rent and electricity is around (maximum) 500kr per person in the winter. During the non-winter months, electricity doesn't go that high (<250kr).

No smoking in the apartment and no pets.

The contract is super flexible, so you can move out whenever you want, as long as you find someone to take over your room. You pay a deposit of 15000kr when you move in and you get that back when you move out. Very easy.

We would like someone to move in around the 1st or 15th of October, but there is some flexibility :)
