An additional energy and consumables fee of 750nok a month covers: the municipal expenses, high-speed internet, hot water, and electricity, as well the washing and cleaning products you need for your clothes and household (laundry powders, linen softeners, toilet paper, dishwashing machine tablets, all the cleaning products etc).

We are seeking for tenants for 4 different rooms. Our location provides a nice view and is conveniently close to the city centre, SuS, and only a 3-minute walk to the bus stop that connects to UiS (university).

The rental property consists of a 3-bedroom apartment on the 2nd floor with a cosy living room, a nice kitchen, a sunny terrace, and a functional bathroom. The top floor (3rd floor) includes two bedrooms, a coffee kitchen, a toilet, and storage rooms.

In the basement you find the washing machine and dryer, a full sized freezer but also a small seating group.

We have fully equipped rooms with furniture, duvets and pillows, Egyptian cotton bed sheets, and comfy towels.

The kitchen includes everything you need to make yourself a quick breakfast, or an advanced dinner. You also have a small "coffee kitchen" on the third floor to enjoy your morning coffee or evening tea.

The Pink room is located on the 3rd floor and has a comfortable bed, commode, working desk, TV, a wardrobe room that is inside the room and also an additionl big wardrobe/storage room right outside the room. AVAILABLE FROM NOW

The Grey room is located on the 2nd floor and has a comfortable bed, commode, a big new wardrobe etc. AVAILABLE FROM 05.12.24

The Green room is located on the 2nd floor and has a comfortable bed, working desk, wardrobe, commode etc. AVAILABLE FROM 01.01.25

The Yellow room is located on the 3rd floor and has a comfortable bed, commodes, working desk, TV, coffee table etc. AVAILABLE FROM 01.01.25

We are looking for a tidy, polite and social person. One person per room!
We are not a party house but we enjoy being sociable (dinners, pre-parties etc more than welcome) :)
