Brand new apartment with four bedrooms!

Total renovation of the apartment was finished 1st of September 2024. This involves mostly new things; new parquet, new kitchen, and repainting of the entire apartment. The apartment appear very modern, with a high standard. We furnish the kitchen with all white goods, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, oven and microwave.

It is also furnished with a dining table and chairs, as well as a sofa and table in the living room. All bedrooms are furnished with a bed (120 cm), desk, chair and wardrobe.
The apartment has its own balcony, with exit from one bedroom.

The apartment has its own private storage room in the basement, as well as a storage room in the apartment. It will be possible to rent parking in a closed parking basement if desired.

Electricity and internet are not included in the rent, and this is a subscription taken out by the tenant himself.

Frode Rinnans veg 14-16 is located in Moholt, with only a 5-minute walk to NTNU Moholt, as well as a short bus ride to NTNU Dragvoll. The bus stop is just outside the door, and here the bus goes every ten minutes to both the city centre, NTNU Gløshaugen and Dragvoll. The bus journey is completed in less than 10 minutes :) Cycle paths are also well organized in the area.
There is a fitness centre, grocery stores (both Bunnpris, Rema, Kiwi, Meny and Extra) and Dominos Pizza in the immediate vicinity.
