We are looking for a quiet person for a cozy room in our detached house. 2 rooms, one is rented for another tenant.
10.5 square meter room. Living room and kitchen, hallway and bathroom for mutual use.
Own entrance and garden with paving and a parking space outside.
Washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer.
The apartment is located on Nordberg between Ullevål Stadium and Sognsvann. Great hiking opportunities with Nordmarka right next door. At Sognsvann there is a bathing beach with a kiosk and a bathing jetty. 5 min to go to ski slopes.
It is 3 minutes to go to a grocery store (Joker) with a post office in the store and a bus stop (line 25).
The subway is 8 minutes away (line 5).
A bright and pleasant plinth apartment with windows in all rooms (not in the bathroom). This is not a typical plinth apartment as it has large windows with good light.
Slate on the floor and tiles in the bathroom. Heating cables.
